The Baker’s Corner began with one woman’s journey—one marked by years of unexplained illness and countless visits to doctors. The answer, when it finally came, was life-changing: gluten intolerance. While the path to wellness was challenging, she had one powerful ally—her talent in the kitchen.

What started as baking out of necessity quickly turned into a passionate pursuit. She began experimenting with gluten-free recipes that didn’t just work—they wowed. Soon, friends were lining up for her creations, and what was once a personal journey began growing into something much bigger.

With determination and heart, she pursued formal training, graduating at the top of her class as a Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef. Her confections found their way into high-end restaurants across St. Louis, Missouri, and her story was even featured on The Morning Show—a testament to the triumph of passion over adversity.

Eventually, life brought her to Mississippi, where she opened a charming neighborhood bakery—The Baker’s Corner. Over time, that beloved little shop has blossomed into what we are today: a full Gluten-Free Café & Coffeehouse, infused with Southern charm, culinary artistry, and a deep sense of purpose.
