Going gluten-free? You’ve probably heard it all. Let’s clear up a few common myths:

1. Gluten-free means tasteless.
Not in our kitchen. With the right techniques and ingredients, gluten-free food can be every bit as rich, fluffy, and flavorful.

2. It’s just a trend.
For people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, this is not optional. It’s a way of life—and one worth respecting.

3. You’ll always feel deprived.
When you focus on whole, fresh ingredients and smart substitutions, you gain more than you lose.

4. It’s only about food.
Gluten hides in medications, personal care products, and even craft supplies. Awareness is key.

5. Everyone on a gluten-free diet is super healthy.
Not necessarily. A gluten-free donut is still a donut (though ours are worth every bite).

Living gluten-free isn’t about restriction—it’s about reimagining what nourishment can look and taste like. And we’re here to make that deliciously easy.
